Utilizing a unique and creative investment style Arevo Capital is able to create financing solutions for Operating Partners while always focusing on the identification and mitigation of risk for investors.
Since inception Arevo Capital has invested in over $350 Million worth of commercial real estate assets across asset types and geographies. The investments made by Arevo Capital to date include the direct purchase of real estate as well as various debt instruments.
Matthew Loffer is the founder and Managing Director of Arevo Capital. As the Managing Director, Mr. Loffer is responsible for business origination, qualifying and structuring transactions, and developing partner and investor relationships.
Prior to founding Arevo Capital, Mr. Loffer worked for a regional private real estate investment firm that provides equity and expertise to qualified owners, operators, and developers. Prior to this position, Mr. Loffer held various positions at a Big 4 public accounting firm where he became a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Loffer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Finance and Economics, and a Master’s of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
